Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Zoom Creative is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Zoom Creative is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be provided for any purchase. If the customer notices a mistake on his order. Such as a customer ordered wrong printing design then he/she can contact us and as soon as he/she receives the package they can send it back unopened and we will process an exchange for him/her satisfaction.
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and the customer will receive product within 10-15 days.
Returns (if applicable)
At Zoomcreative.com.my we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. As we above mentioned we doesn’t offer any refunds after the purchase. But we offers return and exchange item to our customers if anything happened wrong by us. Such as any wrong item shipped or the wrong printing design.
Exchanges (if applicable)
For exchanges, once we receive the product and determine it. We will ship the new order out within 24-48 hours and will be received within 7-10 business days. Please note this is the only time that we will issue an exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
